Bridges, Hull retain their crown in the ‘Rock Challenge 2015 Youth Division Event’
Vivergo Fuels, are delighted to once again have been able to support this year’s Rock Challenge Youth Division.
Saturday 2nd May saw the Humberside Police Rock Challenge Youth Division return to Hull City Hall with seven teams competing to win the competition. The teams comprised of Youth groups and alternative educational pathways, and saw hundreds of guests watching the performances, which highlighted the dedication and commitment of all of those involved.
Bridges, Hull retained their crown for the second year, with their stunning performance on the topic of ‘Identity’ – with an overarching message to ‘Be yourself’. They were presented their award by Matthew Grove – The Police and Crime Commissioner of Humberside Police. Freedom Road Creative Arts took second place with their performance on Fortitude – having mental and emotional strength in the Face of adversity and Cornerhouse took third place with their display of the topic ‘Dysmorphia’.
All groups involved performed to an extremely high standard, and it is clear that a huge amount of commitment from all had gone into the performances.
